Jacampanman This seems to be a bit of a change of direction for Troker. Darker and more 'progressive', and all the better for it, too. This is, to my ears, the best thing that they've yet produced. Hopefully, the next album will fully reflect this change of direction. Great stuff!

Fiel al principio de Troker de crear imágenes y de estructurar una narración visual a partir de su música, Pueblo de Brujos es una aventura.
La música es agorera, insinúa una presencia, una atmósfera sombría, habla de un viaje tortuoso que la trompeta se encarga de anunciar y cuyo desenlace es intempestivo cuando el sax, con un gruñido, abre el plano y nos introduce en una vorágine que sí, es cierto, tiene tufo y sonido a jazz, pero que también se recarga y se impregna con rasgos de aquello que se denominó rock en oposición, un deslizamiento realizado sobre una alfombra tendida por el teclado.
El viaje de casi veinte minutos de duración es potente, una carga de adrenalina que Troker explota sin conmiseración.
